Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,
I request access to this information under the Freedom of Information Act.
1. At 30 September 2025, the total number of internal review requests and/or persons awaiting an internal review decision, and;
a). The number of internal review requests/persons that have been awaiting a decision for 60 days or less.
b). The number of internal review requests/persons that have been awaiting a decision for 61-90 days.
c). The number of internal review requests/persons that have been awaiting a decision for 91 days or more.

Please be aware that I have changed the day ranges in b). and c). compared to what was in my earlier requests — FOI 24/25-1939 (completed) and FOI 25/26-0122 (still awaiting decision).
