Noise Complaint 946235 file

We're waiting for Mike Malone to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Gold Coast City Council,

In 2021 this complaint was dealt with by Council testing and it was determined the spa noise subject of the complaint was not compliant for operation beyond 7pm. It is being claimed that a file note supports their use of the spa until 10pm regardless of the test results. I need the file to determine if this is actually the case as Council will not provide information to me and the spa is now being operated into the evening well beyond 7pm.

Yours faithfully,

Mike Malone
