Clarifying the Scope of your Request

Can you please confirm whether, in your request, you are referring to the
NDIS Worker Screening Database when using the term “ndis screening list”?

Timing

The statutory period for processing your request is 30 days commencing
from the day after your request was received. Accordingly, you should
expect a decision from us on your request by 7 March 2022.  The period of
30 days may be extended if we need to consult third parties or for other
reasons. We will advise you if this happens.

 

Charging

You will be notified as soon as possible if a charge is associated with
processing your request.

 

Disclosure Log

Information released by the NDIS Commission under the FOI Act is required
to be published on the FOI disclosure log on our website, and made
publicly available, unless certain exceptions apply. For example, personal
