This email is a request for access to Operational Blueprint 007-11010130 - Deferral of Prohibition of Family Tax Benefit Instalment Payments (PIP) under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

This request is a complete abrogation of departmental responsibilities -even worse is they asked for an extension, got one and proceeded to do nothing about it. the document STILL isn't available:
https://operational.servicesaustralia.go...

It's still actively managed, as of right now it even says it's under review.

FOI law dictates that if there's no response from the body it's deemed a refusal by the minister if i recall correctly.

feels like this should be recorded somehow - 'long overdue' isn't accurate - would be nice to update this to "refused".

I know that departments can and do respond outside of the legal period but I feel like 6 years is taking the piss.
