Outdoor pools
Dear NSW Ministry of Health,(NSW Health)
The former Premier of NSW and her cabinet recently amended the public health order to allow residents access to outdoor recreational pools. There was no requirement to provide a vaccination status and this is evident by city of Sydney council pools stating on their website no proof is required.
How is it that a day later on the 11/10/2021 (freedom day) this same pool as well as many others now refuse entry to those unvaccinated or have to provide a medical exemption. Can someone please provide me evidence of the health advice, scientific evidence or factual evidence to justify this change in the public health order.
