Dear Monash City Council,
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I request the raw data set of parking tickets issued in the name of Monash City Council within the previous 12-month period (prior to June 15 2017) broken down by:
a) Ticket #
b) offence date
c) offence time
d) offence location (Area/Street/Suburb)
e) offence ID (Code / Section / Description)
f) Penalty $
g) officer ID
h) vehicle registration #
i) State of registration
j) Make of car
Preferred format to receive this information is by e-mail in a flatfile CSV format.
If this information is held by an outside contractor then it is your responsibility under the FOIA to obtain that information.
If you need any clarification of this request of if it is too broad in any way please feel free to email me.

The Freedom of Information Act 1982 requires an application fee to
accompany a request for documents (please refer to section 17(2A) of the
Act). The fee is currently $27.90.
A request cannot be processed without the payment of the fee.
An application fee may be waived or reduced, whether or not the fee has
been paid, if the payment of the fee would cause hardship to the
applicant.
For the Council to process your request, please make the payment of the
fee. It can be done either by cheque, attending the Council’s Civic
Centre, in person, or via credit card. Credit card payments may be made
over the phone, by contacting the Council’s Customer Service Unit,
telephone no. 9518 3555.
Alternatively, if you wish to have the fee waived or reduced, please
provide a written request for that waiver or reduction.
