This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, NSW Office of State Revenue should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Office of State Revenue - NSW,

To: State Debt Recovery Office (SDRO)

Under the Freedom of Information Act I'd like to request copies of all the original Parking Penalty Notices that have been placed on motor vehicles since 1st of January 2010 issued on Howard Street, Randwick, NSW 2031.

According to Randwick City Council they do not keep a record (or copies) of such information and Infringements are uploaded (electronically) to the State Debt Recovery Office.

If for any reason copies cannot be reproduced then I'd like to request ALL the original information that was recorded at the time of issuing, including: Date & Time, Particulars of the vehicle, Location, Between, Suburb, Offence code & description, Penalty.

Please note that I'm not after the summary information (presented in the Penalty Reminder Notice) where a lot of vital details are missing.

Furthermore, please note that I don't need any personal information (Registration Number is the only such item on the Parking Penalty Notice) that could identify a particular individual and as such the Privacy & Personal Information Protection Act is satisfied.

I'd also like to request a list with which of these Parking Penalty Notices have been cancelled by: Randwick City Council, State Debt Recovery, a Court hearing.

Yours faithfully,
Kristof
