Dear NT Department of Infrastructure,

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

I request documents related to the ten most recent instances where an employee has sought information, advice, guidance, or opinion on their social media use in a private capacity.

I limit the scope of documents to:
- the original request from the employee
- the agency/department's response
- any follow-up questions and response
- only those sent to a relevant HR / conduct / social media (or similar) team (rather than managers across all areas of the organisation)
- where the original request was created in the last 2 years

Please note that application for access to government information is to be accompanied by an amount of $30 application fee and proof of identity; a scanned copy of your driver's license will suffice.

You may pay the application fee to any Receiver of Territory Monies and attach a copy of the receipt with your application.

If you could arrange for the application fee to be paid to the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics and the cost code is 602C03D04 – 166311 including proof of your identity we will commence the application process for you.
