Provide a full copy of the DoT/PTV Master Style Guide

This request has been withdrawn by the person who made it. There may be an explanation in the correspondence below.

Dear VIC Department of Transport,

I am writing to submit a formal Freedom of Information (FOI) request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic) for the purpose of obtaining a full copy of the Department of Transport (DoT)/Public Transport Victoria (PTV) Master Style Guide. I would like to bring to your attention that I am in possession of a Health Care Card, and I kindly request that you consider waiving the FOI application fee of 31.80, if such discretion is available within the guidelines of the Act. However, I am willing to pay the fee should waiving it not be feasible. Additionally, I would like to direct your attention to a previous FOI request made on the Right to Know website, available at the following URL:https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/r.... This request, made by another individual, sought the release of the PTV Master Style Guide. In accordance with the FOI Act, I kindly request that the Department of Transport provide me with a full, unredacted copy of the DoT/PTV Master Style Guide for my personal use. This document will be utilized for personal reference and not for any public or commercial purpose.

I have made a seperate FOI Request via online.foi.vic.gov.au as I was unsure which one to use

Yours faithfully,
Rohan McMaster

Dear VIC Department of Transport,
As stated earlier, I have made an FOI request through the online platform.

As I had to provide proof of a health care card, I believe it would be better to continue this request through there, as such I withdraw the request from RightToKnow and also ask that all correspondence be made through the email provided through the online platform

Yours faithfully,

Rohan McMaster
