Dear Roads and Maritime Services,

Can you please provide any public media or other announcements made by the Minister Duncan Gay or his department clearly saying that the NorthConnex project would be partly funded by extending the tolls on the M7 motorway and increasing the truck toll charges on the M7 between the time the project was announced in 2014 and when it began construction in 2015?
