Dear Australian Prudential Regulation Authority,

APRA granted Fund Registration Number R000627 to the IOOF Portfolio Service Superannuation Fund.

The document I seek is a copy of the letter from APRA to the trustee of this fund granting fund registration.

The only information not already in the public domain is the date that registration was granted and the name of the person who who granted fund registration.

If necessary the name of that person can be redacted.

Yours faithfully,

Phillip Sweeney
