Dear Michael,

Thank you for your email. In order to submit a valid FOI application you
will need to pay the application fee of $38.25 (unless you are a
concession card holder), and state that the request is made under South
Australia’s Freedom of Information Act. You may therefore wish to submit
your application online via the portal at the link below:

[1]SA.GOV.AU - Make a freedom of information request (www.sa.gov.au)

Please also be advised that the e-scooter trials with Beam and Neuron are
managed by the City of Adelaide, City of Unley and City of Norwood,
Payneham and St Peters for the respective trial areas. More information on
the trials and trial areas can be found at the link below:

[2]My Licence - E-scooter Trial

I would therefore recommend you submit your FOI to the relevant councils
for data relating to the trials. The department would hold information
relating to any claims or debt recoveries, and so if you also require this
information you can request this under FOI from the department.

I hope this information assists you with submitting and directing your FOI
application. If you require any further information please let me know.
