Hi Liam,

I searched the FOI request number on Right to Know. I found this request which might contain the details you're after: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/k...

If these are all the documents you're after, I would suggest withdrawing this request. You can do that on the site by:
1. Click "Actions", then "Update the status of this request"
3. Click the last option: "I would like to withdraw this request"
4. Send a quick email to the authority telling them that you've found the documents on Right to Know and you're happy to withdraw your request.

Withdrawing a request if you've already found the information reduces the amount of work the authority has, which ultimately helps others who have outstanding requests.

Thanks,
Ben - Right to Know team

Hey Ben, thanks for the annotation! I had a quick search and spotted that too when the reference number showed up in the search index, but it looks like that one is for the next application in the FOI log and I couldn't spot it in the email thread. This application I believe is about material used to inform SIL decisions rather than nursing supports.

Thanks for pointing that out Liam! That is absolutely something we need to fix, and I've created a bug report to track the problem. You can follow it here: https://github.com/openaustralia/rightto...

Hey Ben, think I cracked it (and we can blame the NDIA!). Looks like they used the wrong reference code when sharing decision documents.

That meant it showed up in the search index but was hidden in the main text of the emails. The wrong reference number only seems to have cropped up in the docs attached to the email from the agency on the 13/5/2025.

Hope that saves some time bug-hunting!
