Dear Health and Hospitals Fund Advisory Board,

I recently changed my health cover through ChooseWell and would like to obtain a copy of the recording made of the sales consultant and myself. Is this permissible and what are my rights in relation to this?

Yours faithfully,

HHF, Health and Hospitals Fund Advisory Board
