I recently changed my health cover through ChooseWell and would like to obtain a copy of the recording made of the sales consultant and myself. Is this permissible and what are my rights in relation to this?

Thank you for your e-mail dated Friday 19 February 2016, attached below, enquiring about Freedom of Information pertaining to your private health insurance.

The Health and Hospitals Fund (HHF) was established on 1 January 2009 by the Australian Government as part of its broader nation-building infrastructure program. The HHF was established under the Nation-building Funds Act 2008 to provide funding for major health infrastructure projects. However, this fund was ceased on 29 October 2015 in accordance with the Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) Consequential Amendments Act.
