I wish to uncover whether or not any residential noise complaints were received in the period of February 9 to February 16 at the following address;

11 Crawford Street
Ashgrove 4060

I am a resident at this address and this information is critical in helping to resolve tenancy issues with our land lord.

Your request will be treated as one for documents relating to residential noise complaints received from 9 February 2016 to 16 February 2016 inclusive at 11 Crawford Street Ashgrove QLD 4060.

You should expect a decision from us by 21 March 2016. The period of 30 days may be extended if we need to consult third parties, impose a charge or for other reasons. We will advise you if this happens.
