Dear Australian Crime Commission,

I note the name of this agency has been changed to the Australian Criminal Intelligence Agency as of 1 July 2016.

The document I seek is a copy of a document titled "NAB Whistleblower Program - Royal Commission Submission #1".

This document makes reference to the "Jarrett Deed" a document signed by Ken Jarrett and dated 26 August 1986.

Mr Jarrett served a term of imprisonment after a major investigation by the former National Crime Authority (NCA). The NCA was replaced by the ACC which has now been replaced by the ACIC.
