Dear David Wright

Thank you for your email below.

I apologise for the delay in providing you with a decision on your Freedom
of Information request.

Your request was allocated to me for decision on 27 November 2025.
Unfortunately, due to other matters in my caseload, I have not been able
to give it the detailed attention it needs. However, I can advise that we
have carried out a search consultation with the ART Operations team, and
they have provided us with documents falling within the scope of your
request.

I commence leave at the end of today and will not be returning to work
until 5 January 2026. Due to my forthcoming absence, I will ask my manager
to consider allocating your request to another decision-maker (bearing in
mind that the Agency enters its reduced activity period on 25 December
2025). If reallocation is not practicable, I will prioritise your request
on my return from leave.

Regards
