Thank you for your email to the Attorney-General’s Department (the
department) of 28 August 2023, in which you made a request under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) for access to:

“I request access to the Style Guides/Brand Guides/Writing Guides
currently used for the Classification Review Board.”

The purpose of this email is to advise you that your request has been
transferred to another agency. The Classification Review Board now falls
under the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development,
Communication and the Arts. As a result they have agreed to take on your
request as it is addressed to them.

We received your request on 28 August 2023 and the 30 day statutory period
for processing your request commenced from the day after that date. The
transfer of your request does not affect the due date for completion of
your request. You should therefore expect a decision from the Department
of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communication and the
Arts by 27 September 2023.

However, the statutory period of 30 days may be extended if the Department
of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communication and the

you if this happens.

If you have any questions, please contact me on (02) 6141 6666 or by email
to [1][email address]. Alternatively, you can contact the freedom of
