This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Civil Aviation Safety Authority,

On 23rd December 2017, in The Australian Aviation section [Heading: New CASA regulations blow training costs sky-high] it is reported that a CASA spokesman said:

"....CASA had also removed impediments to flying training organisations that wished to set up in remote areas, he said. Some flying schools had transitioned to Part 141 recently and CASA was receiving “very positive” feedback....."

I seek copies of the "positive feedback", whether verbal, electronic, FAX, e-mail or file notes.

Yours faithfully,

Rob Cumming
