Taskforce Integrity policy proposal

Can you please provide the successful policy proposal from the department for Taskforce Integrity and any emails or meeting notes concerning the drafting of that proposal.
I ask that all fees in relation to this request be waived because the release of the documents is in the public interest as they support the government's justification for Taskforce Integrity.
