Hi Tony,

The Minister for Tourism no longer exists I'm afraid.

When I go to www.tourism.gov.au I'm redirected to the Australian Trade Commission. You might want to make your request to them.

You could try making a request to either the Minister for Foreign Affairs or the Minister for Trade and Investment if you wanted to check with a Minister.
