Dear NSW Department of Justice,

I am writing to request information showing:

1. The number of inquests which have been dispensed with by the NSW Coroner's Court from 2020-2023 due to the direct cause of death being determined as "COVID-19" or any associated causes which mention "COVID-19" on the certificate;
2. How these determinations were made (e.g. autopsy or otherwise);
3. The number of inquests dispensed with from 2012-2023.

On 30 October 2023, I wrote to you requesting information pertaining to:
"1. The number of inquests which have been dispensed with by the NSW Coroner's Court from 2020-2023 due to the direct cause of death being determined as "COVID-19" or any associated causes which mention "COVID-19" on the certificate;

To date, I've not received a response.
