Dear Department of Business - NT,

I wish to obtain a copy of the report entitled as follows (or similarly): 'Managing alcohol consumption - a review of licensed social clubs in remote indigenous communities in the Northern Territory' Authors: Gillian Shaw and Peter d'Abbs and Maggie Brady.

The review was put out to tender in 2012 as: ‘Broad Review of Licensed Social Clubs Including Action Research to Develop Best Practice Guidelines’ (Request for Tender D12-0083)

The review was commissioned by the then Department of Justice, however matters relating to alcohol are now dealt with by the Department of Business, therefore I am applying through this Department and will also submit to the Department of Attorney-General and Justice NT.

I wish to obtain an electronic copy if possible. Please advise if fees are payable.

Good morning,

As per your request please find attached a Freedom of Information (FOI) application form to be completed and within the scope of the request the more precise you can be, the better we can administer the search for the records required.

The application will attract a fee of $30.00 which can be remitted by providing a credit card number with authority to debit the amount of the fee. This can be sent electronically to me and I will action the rest.

Proof of photo identity such as a copy of your driver’s license or passport which has been confirmed a true copy by a Justice of the Peace or any one with authority to sign the document, once this has been received the Freedom of information action will be commenced.
