Transfer of funds to the Digital Transformation Agency under CN3582734

Christian made this Freedom of Information request to Australian Signals Directorate

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was refused by Australian Signals Directorate.

Dear Australian Signals Directorate,

In Senate Order 13, you say you billed another government department, the Digital Transformation Agency, for a sum of money for 'Data Voice or Multimedia Network Equipment or Platforms and Accessories' under contract number CN3582734.

Can you please explain what this service or product was and how it will be used?

In 2019, you say you billed the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet over half a million dollars under CN3591277 for BETA services Memorandum of Understanding for cyber security. Can you explain the meaning of this item and describe the services provided?

The following contract numbers describe 'psychological assessments' contracts, apparently by eight different companies, for services in excess of 2.5 million dollars. Can you please provide any information or insight into what this is for and why it is necessary to carry out psychological assessments on staff or others?
