We will also contact you if your request is invalid because it does not
meet the requirements of section 15(2) of the FOI Act.

Requests to ministers
The Treasury provides secretariat services to its portfolio ministers in
FOI matters. If you are seeking documents from the Treasury and a
minister’s office, you must submit separate requests (one per recipient),
clearly identifying in each request where it
is intended to be directed.

Request for extension of time
Due to a higher than usual volume of FOI requests, we are experiencing
some delays in our FOI processes. We therefore seek your agreement to
extend the processing time by 30 days under section 15AA of the FOI Act.
If you agree to this additional time, we would
be grateful if you could reply to this email with “I agree to a 30-day
extension of time” at your earliest opportunity.

1. Created, modified, or in effect in the calendar year 2023, and 2. The current and/or most recent version of any documents within the scope of (1), and 3. Where the document provides information on the availability of family/domestic violence leave (however referred to) for perpetrators and/or alleged perpetrators of family violence, and 4. For the avoidance of doubt, (3) includes both paid and unpaid FDV leave, and 5. Excluding any document disclosed in FOI 4140
