Dear FOI,

I thank the FOI Coordinator. for their reply, and seek to clarify and narrow my original request.

In terms of my original request, I agree to narrow the request to only the 'Trusted Digital Identity Bill'. My original attempt was to narrow it to ensure some more coverage of discussion about the bill, however, given that it would be covered by the original request, I agree to narrow it to contain only regarding the 'Trusted Digital Identity Bill 2021'

In addition, I consent to exclude documents that are out of scope but are captured in our
searches due to their attachment to an email or vice versa.

Furthermore, if there is a need to extend the request length for this search, which I suspect there will be, given the breadth of the bill, I consent to that extension too.

Yours sincerely,

Alex Pentland

FOI, eSafety Commissioner
