Dear C Faulk

I refer to your request below dated 5 April 2019 seeking access to documents relating to Radiation Protection Series No 3: Maximum Exposure Levels to Radiofrequency Fields — 3 kHz to 300 GHz, the Technical Report Series No. 164 and the Fundamentals in Non-Ionising Radiation under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).

As your request covers documents which concern the World Health Organization, ARPANSA is consulting with the World Health Organization (under section 15(7) of the FOI Act) before making a decision on the release of those documents.

For this reason, the period for processing your request has been extended by 30 days in order to allow our agency time to consult with the World Health Organisation. The processing period for your request will now end on 4 June 2019.

Kind regards
