Dear Parks Victoria,

I would like information about the number of users of the camp sites that are now charged for that used to be free.
At $28.50 per night there seems to be not many campers at a lot of sites except for backpackers who sneek in late.

Yours faithfully,

Greg Potter

Rhonda Davis, Parks Victoria

Dear Mr Potter

I refer to your email below, seeking access to various documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (“Act”).

Section 17(2A) of the Act requires that an application fee of $27.90 accompany a request for access. Such a fee did not accompany your request.

Should you wish Parks Victoria to proceed with the processing of your application, please forward a cheque or money order for $27.90 to Parks Victoria marked to my attention.

If you are unable to pay the fee on the basis of hardship, please state your reasons in writing and provide any evidence that you believe supports your claim. A decision will then be made as to whether your hardship claim is accepted or not and you will be advised of the outcome.

Please refer to Parks Victoria's website at: http://parkweb.vic.gov.au/about-us/who-w... for further information on lodging Freedom of Information requests.

Kind regards
Rhonda Davis
