Dear Department of the House of Representatives,

I am writing to request certain information regarding the use of Standing Orders 94(a) and 94(b) in the House, and 187(b) in the Federation Chamber. The information I am requesting concerns the period beginning 12 November 2013 and ending 5 March 2015.

For each instance a Member was directed to leave under 94(a), or a Member was named and suspended under 94(b), or a Member was directed to leave the Federation Chamber under 187(b), in the above listed period, I respectfully request:

• The name of the Member;
• The date the Member was directed to leave or named;
• The reason the Member was directed to leave or named; and
• The time period during which the member was withdrawn from the Chamber or suspended from the service of the House.
