I am formally requesting access to the following documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic):
1. Minutes of the V/Line Advisory Board meetings held between 1 June 2023 and 31 December 2025 (inclusive); and
2. Any attachments or appendices that form part of, or were circulated with, those minutes.
If any material is considered exempt, I request access to edited copies of the documents with exempt matter removed.
To assist processing, I am not seeking personal information. I request that job titles not be redacted.

Freedom of Information - Notice of Transfer Request
I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic)
(FOI Act) which we received on 26/01/2026.
Specifically, you requested access in relation to:
per email "V/Line Advisory Board Minutes (June 2023 - December 2025)"
reply to that email only please.
Section 18 of the FOI Act provides for transfers of requests by an agency
where:
• the documents sought are not in the possession of the agency but in
the possession of another agency [s18(2)(b)( i)] or
• the subject matter of the documents sought is more closely connected
with the functions of another agency than those of the agency to which
the request is made[s18(2)(b)(ii)].
Preliminary enquiries concerning document holdings and decision-making on
this matter have found that the subject matter of this request is more
closely connected with the functions of V/Line
than with DTP. Accordingly, this request has been transferred to
V/Line for action.
