Dear Department of Transport and Planning,

I am formally requesting access to the following documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic):

1. Minutes of the V/Line Advisory Board meetings held between 1 June 2023 and 31 December 2025 (inclusive); and
2. Any attachments or appendices that form part of, or were circulated with, those minutes.

If any material is considered exempt, I request access to edited copies of the documents with exempt matter removed.

To assist processing, I am not seeking personal information. I request that job titles not be redacted.
