Good afternoon,

Thank you for your request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) which was received by the Office of the Minister for Indigenous Australians (Minister's Office) on 2 October 2019 seeking access to the following:

"Can you please provide the Minister's diary covering all days in September in 'weekly agenda' format."

I am writing to seek clarification regarding the scope of your request.

Preliminary inquiry results and clarification
To assist in identifying the documents you seek access to, I would be grateful if you could you please specify details in relation to the timeframe. Specifically, could you please identify what year in September?

For instance, you may wish to consider submitting the following scope:

Please note that at this early stage, this scope is a sample only, and the Minister's Office is unable to advise on how many documents (if any) would be returned if a search and retrieval was conducted.

I would be grateful for your response by COB Monday 28 October 2019 to allow the Minister's Office to process your request within the legislative timeframes.

Kind regards,

Jodie
