So if I pay $30 I will receive a copy of the Yarra Bay Cruise Ship Terminal Strategic Business case?

Hi Rhonda,
We are not aware the Yarra Bay Cruise Ship Terminal Strategic business case is a publicly available document based on searches we have done.
It would seem the business case may be held by the Port Authority of NSW.
An access application is not valid under the GIPA Act 2009, until payment of $30 is received. Please note that an application will not guarantee access to the requested information.
