Dear Attorney-General's Department,

I hereby request, under the Freedom of Information Act (1982),
copies of the following documents:

a) Documents pertaining to the most recent WCAG 2 compliance audit undertaken for the following websites:
i) www.ag.gov.au
ii) www.classification.gov.au

b) Documents pertaining to the non-publication in the FOI disclosure log of recently completed FOI requests due to accessibility issues.

I also make the application that all costs for the processing of
this request be waived on the grounds that the release of this
information is in the public interest, will enhance the
transparency of the process and the public debate surrounding
accessibility issues on government websites.

I refer to your request for access to documents relating to Attorney-General's Department's websites under the Freedom of Information Act 1982. I have taken your request to be for:

a) Documents pertaining to the most recent WCAG 2 compliance audit undertaken for the following websites:

ii) www.classification.gov.au

b) Documents pertaining to the non-publication in the FOI disclosure log of recently completed FOI requests due to accessibility issues.

At present, the due date for completion of your request is Monday 2
December 2013.  I would be grateful if you would agree to a 4 day
extension of time under section 15AA of the FOI Act. Additional documents
have been identified as within the scope of your request and we would
appreciate this short extension to comprehensively review these. Should
you be amenable to this 4 day extension your request would fall on Friday
6 December 2013.  Would you please advise us in writing whether you agree
