Under the ACT FOI Act I am seeking documents that outline risk management factors (eg. conflicts of interest, corruption etc) and strategies around risk management in regard to the government's decision to scrap the $10,000 cap on political donations.

Thank you for your recent letter seeking an extentions. Unfortunately you have sent this letter in regard to my other request to JACS about the KPMG Report (ACT Public Trustee). This particular request refers to documents relating to the decision to remove the cap on political donations.

I will contact the Right To Know admin team and ask them to remove this response but it will mean JACS having to resubmit it to the relevant request.

Please don't hesitate to ask any questions if required.
