Dear Mr Peos

Thank you for your further email of 6 October 2021 to the Fair Work
Commission (Commission). We will now process your request for the
documents described in your email of 6 October 2021.

Your questions

In your email, you asked two questions. Under the Freedom of Information
Act 1982 (Cth) (FOI Act), you can request documents held by the
Commission. The FOI Act does not give a right to request information, or
answers to questions (except to the extent that such information or
answers are contained in a document held by the Commission).

I have answered your questions below:

o You asked for clarification as to which laws the Commission is to
abide by when mediating disputes between employers and employees. The
Commission’s functions and powers are mainly set out in the Fair Work
Act 2009 (Cth) (FW Act). You can find further information about laws
relevant to the Commission’s functions and powers on our website here:
[1]https://www.fwc.gov.au/about-us/legislat...

o You asked which body regulates the Commission. The Commission is not
subject to direction as to how it exercises its functions and powers
under the FW Act.

The remainder of the requests in your email were for documents and I will
process them accordingly:

“2) Documents outlining direction given to the Fair Work Commission from
either The Government of

Australia, The Parliament of Australia or Department of Health  in
relation to the laws concerning

the Covid 19 Mandate for Vaccination.

3) Documents sent to the Fair Work Commission from The Government of
Australia, The Parliament

of Australia or The Department of Health outlining the necessity for a
mandate on compulsory

    Vaccination.

4) Any communication from any other Administrative and/or Regulatory body
outlining the Specifics of

the Sars 2 / Covid 19 virus with an Environmental Impact study in
relation to the workplace.

5) An official Dossier of the Covid 19 virus specifically outlining the
virus at molecular level, effects,

causes and treatments as essential to make an informed decision in
relation to regulating future

workplace employment policies and employee rights to be presided over
in case of any future

dispute between employee and employer by the Fair Work Commission.”

Dear Fair Work Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Fair Work Commission's handling of my FOI request 'Any or All documents presenting and referring to the isolation of of the Sars Covid 2 / Covid 19 virus as a independent biological viral entity at microscopic level for assessment for Vaccine mandate.'.

I have upon my request for specific documentation been supplied an internet web address published in October 2021. This is entirely inadequate as the Covid 19 problem has been in existence since early 2020 and as such communications regarding government policies are purported to be recorded via transcripts, emails and/or letters which are classified as documentation. The degree of transparency shown here is almost non existent and should this be the entire extent of communication via documentation then we have a very large problem with our government.

This recent decision to stand down workers who do not wish to immediately comply with an order to inject an experimental drug has impacted the lives of countless Australians and has taken our country from democracy to darker place where the individual rights of people are non existent to a elite political class who are paid by the public purse is totally and utterly a disgrace morally.

If this drug is so safe and effective to vaccinated people why would the 10% unvaccinated matter and why wont doctors guarantee that injury will not occur?.

I request a full review of my FOI request and will clarify that i am seeking inter-departmental communication from department heads to governing and/or regulatory bodies and vice versa.

A one page website cannot be the full extent of communications with Fair Work from either the Government of Australia, The Parliament of Australia, Department of Health or any other regulatory body which Fair Work must confer with regarding future policies in relation to the mandate of Covid 19 vaccinations for all workers in various sectors.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/a...

Yours faithfully,
