Dear Blacktown City Council,

I have corner single level house in postcode 2769.
I want to build a sunroom. Looking for information on setback/ build area allowed / various regulations like wall, roofing requirements to build a sunroom. Does it need approval or is it exempt development? I could not find any link on council sure where these regulations are provided.
