Claim Number 00032771

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Victorian Managed Insurance Authority should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Victorian Managed Insurance Authority,

It has been almost 90 days since I have lodged the above claim.
There were couple instances where 2 different claims officers reached out to me asking for further documents which I have already uploaded on the day of lodgement.
Those two instances happened on 27th April and 04th May. If the documents lodged originally was perused properly these two requests/delays in the process could have been eliminated.

I would like to understand in detail the processes undertaken and reasons for delays of processing my claim.

Also, Claims Central completed an inspection on 02/06/2023 and report was produced to VMIA on 13/06/2023. It has been a week and decision has been made despite I have provided 2 builders quotes and 1 from VMIA preferred Builder.

Yours faithfully,
Jeevan
