Dear City of Charles Sturt,

Re: Street Trees

I'd like to know the following:

* Number of complaints made 2013-2017 to Council regarding street trees
* The species of trees concerned for each complaint
* Nature of complaint - community safety, damage to ratepayer's and/or council property e.g. plumbing/storm water, footpaths, devaluation of property, street appeal etc.
* Cost of maintenance/repairs made by council at ratepayers expense e.g footpaths, kerbing, plumbing and verges
* Maintenance schedule for council trees - watering, pruning, cleaning of street gutters, general clean-up, tree inspections
* Any legal suits made to council from the community - rate payers or not, relating to trees. This includes personal injury or property damage relating to the shedding of leaves, seeds and seed pods. Also - injuries sustained from damage to footpaths, kerbing or street gutters.

Yours faithfully
Danielle Bicanin
