Dear FOI,

If I was to limit the scope of my request to complaints from the Northern Territory and Western Australia from October to December 2015, would that be sufficient to remove the practical refusal?

If not, I'm still happy to consult with you on the scope, please feel free to suggest any further limitations that I could apply.

Yours sincerely,

Ben Fairless
