Dear FOI,

Thank you for your work.

I seek internal review of this decision.

I seek to know the individual's payment amounts and position titles for these contracts.

You have stated:

That information is not publicly accessible. Please disclose the payment amounts, and position titles for these contracts; or point out where the information for these contracts can be obtained from publicly accessible sources. Hint: that information is not available on AusTender.

Yours sincerely,

John Smith

Dear FOI,

I also seek internal review of the redaction of the terms of agreement document.

I seek to know the names of the Launch signing officer, and the name and/or position title of the AAT representative to sign this document.

Yours sincerely,

John Smith

Dear FOI,

Your statement of what I sought in my internal review is incorrect.

I sought:
- "I seek to know the individual's payment amounts and position titles for these contracts. "

AND

- "‘I seek to know the names of the Launch signing officer, and the name / or position title of the AAT representative to sign this document"

As you haven't addressed the first point I sought to resolve through internal review, I will proceed with an OAIC review.

Yours sincerely,

John Smith
