Details re after hours counselling service 17/18 and 18/19

The information I am seeking is in relation to the after-hours counselling service for the financial years 2017/18 and 2018/19, namely:
: Calls received.
: Average Call abandonment rate, in percentage terms, and
: Average call wait time (seconds).
I ask the above be supplied within 30 days as this data will be the subject of discussion at the Secretary’s Round Table scheduled for 9 August 2019.
