Details required of planning permit DA 566-16 Truck and trailer parking
Dear City of Swan,
I am ratepayer concerned about the number of permits for truck and trailer parking that the City is approving, 2 recent approvals were given with out going before Council. This makes it hard for ratepayers to know whether the applicant is abiding by conditions, the City does not follow up on permits due to the man power it would take, the City waits until somebody complains then it investigates( Information supplied by Kay Smith City of Swan Compliance Officer) If the information was made public we the rate payers could assist the City to do it's job.

I am in receipt of your FOI Enquiry received this morning. To obtain any document you must apply under the Freedom of Information Act and include the $30.00 application fee as set out in the Act. I have attached an application form, a brief overview of FOI and the form should you wish to pay the $30.00 credit card.
When you fill out the application form can you be as specific as possible as to the documents you require within planning application DA566-16.
