A search of Council Records was unable to locate any current development
consents. I have located previous consents for this property and I have
determined that, under the Government Information (Public Access) Act
2009, you are entitled to access the following documents:

2. Building Permit 1313/74 .
3. Consent to Development 1063/72.
4. Building Permit 1684/72.
The listed documents are attached to this e-mail.
