(a) you can use the Write to Council facility on Council's website to ask this as a question to: https://forms.brisbane.qld.gov.au/write-... Your question will be investigated by the relevant work area and a response sent back to you; or

(b) you can lodge a Right to Information application (application fee of $50.80) to seek access to documents showing infringements issued on 16 October 2019 at that location. The application form can be downloaded from Council's website at https://www.brisbane.qld.gov.au/about-co...

For a Q&A type response you use option (a), and for documents containing relevant information you use option (b).
