Dear NSW Department of Planning and Environment,

In the Rockdale Council Meeting Minutes, File Number F14/308, Item Number ORD06, Subject "MAYORAL MINUTE- COOKS COVE - FUTURE PLANNING", the fourth Précis paragraph refers to a Stage 1 Unsolicited Proposal from John Boyd Properties, on the behalf of Kogarah Golf Course, in September 2014, which was rejected by the NSW Government, and referred to Urbangrowth NSW.

Could you please send through the proposal, the department's deliberations regarding the rejection of the proposal, and the associated referral to Urbangrowth NSW.

If possible, please treat this as an administrative/informal request. Otherwise please proceed with my request as a formal information request under the Act.

Yours faithfully,
Chris Bohlsen
