Dear FOI,
Thank you for your reply and efforts in fulfilling my request. I note your referral to Standards Australia where the document "AS 1547:2012", along with other Australian building standards, is available for purchase - but this is not the document I have requested under FOI.
The requested document is DR 07920, not AS 1547:2012.
Please allow me to draw your attention to SAI Global which identifies DR 07920 with a publication date of 21-12-2007, in contrast to AS 1547:2012 which has a publication date of 2012. It further identifies DR 07290 as a revision of AS/NZS 1547:2000 and superseded by AS/NZS 1547:2012.

Please also note that reference to DR 07920 is made by the document AS/NZS 1547:2012.
I believe it is quite clear that DR 07920 is a distinctly different document to AS/NZS 1547:2012 and, although I believe it was once freely available it is no longer lawfully and publicly available to my knowledge, I therefore request you to not consider my FOI request as withdrawn, and make an internal review, as CSIRO is identified as represented on the committee that prepared this document it seems probable to me that it is in your records and that I am lawfully entitled to it under FOI.
