Easement repairs and responsibilities
Dear Blacktown City Council,
The retaining wall on our easement is leaning over and needs realignment. It is around 80cm high, and i have been told that the property on the lower side of the easement is responsible for the maintenance of the retaining wall if the wall is lower than 90cm.
Could you please confirm?
