Please can you tell me what the file is about. It is perhaps of interest to other people also using Right to Know. Also, I am interested to know where you discovered the number for this file. I looked at ParlInfo Search (http://parlinfo.aph.gov.au/) because I thought it was maybe mentioned in the Australian parliament. I cannot see it.

It's a file about "FEDERAL GENERAL ELECTION 2013", I found this by looking in the GG's Harradine Report: http://www.gg.gov.au/files-created-01-ja...

I'm still interested in hearing from Elias about how he found it.

Baker, Karen, Office of the Official Secretary to the Governor-General

So I guess you have to ask for all *documents* contained in File Number F0013096. Unbelievable.

Would have thought "contents of the file" would suffice. You couldn't get a clearer scope.
