We are seeking to find who registered a complaint against us so we may better understand what it is that we have done to cause this action.

o A formal statement that the request is made under the Freedom of
Information Act 1982. This formal statement provides us with a legal
basis on which to release information to you and sets timeframes for
our response.

This can be either an email address for electronic documents, or a
postal address, if you would like physical documents to be mailed to
you.
Once a request is made that meets these requirements, we will send you an
acknowledgement to your request. We then have 30 days under the FOI Act in

Generally speaking, personal information about someone who made an anonymous complaint won't be released as it would interfere with the other persons privacy. I say this as a helpful guide to the reqestor in the event that the authority decides to charge fees.
