Gender Pay Gap Inequality

Rachel Adler made this Freedom of Information request to Department of Social Services

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

To the Hon. Christian Porter,
Minister of Social Services MP.

Dear Sir,
I write to you under the Freedom of Information Act 1982. What documents and reports do you have to support the changes recommended in the 2009 report that the National Centre for Social and Economic Modelling (NATSEM) prepared for the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs? What steps have been made to enforce the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012, which is based on that report, to ensure that gender pay inequality is being eradicated?

I would appreciate your providing this documentation at your earliest convenience.

Yours faithfully,
Rachel Adler.
